Production Calendar

Production Calendar
Just like Workplace’s rule, we live and die by the production calendar. If a date is not blocked off on the calendar it does not exist. All shows are on the calendar, so it is incredibly easy to see what is happening when, and what times are available in the studio.

If you are unsure of time frames and want to block off something as a placeholder, just let me know and I’ll get it scheduled as “tentative”. This will hold that spot for 24 hours.

If anything is incorrect on the calendar, or if any changes need to be made, you guessed it, use Workplace and get in touch with me!

The calendar can be found here: Sexy Hackers Production Calendar. Dates are added to the calendar when you fill out a call sheet, which can be filled out here.

This call sheet will have several required fields, and you will receive a confirmation from me once your time is booked. If I do not receive an electronic call sheet from you, and notice that you have not booked studio time for your next block of episodes, I will reach out via Workplace. Do not make me do this.

Call Sheet
The Director of your show will complete an electronic call sheet when it’s time to schedule your next recording session. It is expected that they fill out all the information on this sheet which will include:
  • Cast Information
  • Date/Call Time
  • Episode Titles and Descriptions
  • Estimated Run Times
  • Additional Production Notes
The completed call sheet will be submitted to me, and I will confirm the studio time on the production calendar. If there are conflicts or questions, I will reach out as quickly as possible to fix them.

The call sheet is created to make your life easier and to keep everyone organized on recording day. I will email copies of the call sheet to all cast members listed two days prior to scheduled recording.

Calendar Events
There is a set way that we name each calendar event. All will begin with a prefix which explains what the event is, followed by the name of the podcast. There may also be notes in the comments section of the event, which will typically explain the show set up, along with the cast list (if applicable).

Here’s how we break things down:
  • WKLY DROP - Weekly Show Drop
  • REC SHOW - Recording Session
  • LIVE SHOW - Live Show Stream
